ok my sister got some subb fate/stay night manga but...
it was only, if based on the anime, episodes 1 to 4...

but i there really an official fate.stay night manga?
or did that manga my sister have is only done by a fan?

well to be honest there is supposedly a fate/stay night done by kawaii heavens or another subber.

however from what it looked like it is more of a doujinshi - fan made comic.

SO I wouldn't know if there is one or not and that the manga provided from what I found/your sister got is the manga.
