Translators
- Need to have some knowledge of Japan's culture
- Will not have to translate weekly, but as backup
- Need some sort of communication method, IE: IRC, MSN
TLCs
- Need to have some knowledge of Japan's culture as well.
- Will be TLCing weekly since its always best to have 1 TLC working on 1 project to have consistency.
- Must have IRC.
We are aiming to be a small group with quality and speed that picks up few shows in the season. Therefore, most likely a person will only get ONE job, and always the same job that they have to do. We honestly do have enough people for most of the jobs, but the purpose is to not have the same person doing more than one thing. All of our current staff has had years of fansubbing experience from other groups, and this is not the first time everyone has worked together.
The reason why we are doing this is because we feel that Pandora Hearts is a good show and that we as fansubbers should contribute to the community by doing this supposedly "oversubbed" show. We are aiming for quality and moderate speed. (< Someone's gonna flame)
Translator position is filled but another J->E TL as backup or TLC is greatly needed. Thanks.
Another note: If you are a TL and wishes to pick up another show. We will be happy to do that if the staff agrees upon it, so we are not limited to Pandora hearts.
